The central part of the principle of this section is the heat exchanger, which captures powerful heat from the atmosphere in as small a space as possible. At present, the heat exchanger of air-temperature type gasifier produced by domestic manufacturers mostly adopts the anti-embroidered aluminum alloy finned tube. Because there is no******** design, most of the existence of the following shortcomings: large equipment, high cost, insufficient product flow. In the author's opinion, the main cause (except the artificial factor) is the heat transfer area. The following makes the simple explanation in this respect, hoped that can play the positive role to the domestic air temperature type gasifier's promotion. The general structure of finned tube is that the finned tube has a central tube with a radial fin outside the tube, and the liquid flows in the tube. After many experiments and screening, we select a new type of finned tube which is different from the above-mentioned elements, and the heat transfer coefficient is more than 50% higher than the former. The working principle of the finned tube is analyzed by using the Liquefied petroleum gas as the working medium as follows: when the Liquefied petroleum gas flow in the tube (from the bottom up to the vertical axial direction) , in the cold fluid, the liquid near the inner wall of the Finned Tube****** completes the heat exchange with the outside world and vaporizes into tiny bubbles, however, due to the short contact time between liquid LPG and the wall, the flow in the tube is convective***** under the action of gravity, and the wall temperature of the upper and lower parts of the whole finned tube is not uniform, resulting in no significant improvement in the heat transfer coefficient of the finned tube, the integral heat transfer performance of finned tube is not fully utilized, which is the shortcoming of finned tube of several Liquefied petroleum gas air temperature gasifiers in China. The company's ATC   series uses the built-in suction core and spiral guide tape technology to greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient of the finned tube, which is 5-2.0 times higher than that of the finned tube without this technology, use of built-in heat absorption core and spiral guide tape technology principle is as follows. (1) the built-in Wick is made of a single stainless steel strip wound in a cylindrical shape and attached to the wind wall of the finned tube. When the wick is immersed in a Liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas liquid, due to the action of surface tension Capillary action of the liquid, in the narrow gap between the absorbing core and the inner wall of the finned tube, the liquid in the absorbing liquid film is absorbed and vaporized through the heat absorption of the finned tube to form tiny bubbles. When the tiny bubbles flow upward to form larger bubbles, they escape from the small pores on the upper surface of the absorbing core, at last, the surface of the liquid separates into gas and boils. After the tiny bubbles are separated from the liquid core, the liquid is filled into the gap by the small holes on the liquid core and forms micro-convection heat transfer, the utility model avoids being carried by the latter and leaving the finned tube prematurely, which is beneficial to the formation of micro-bubbles. (2) the flow direction of the liquid is changed by the built-in spiral guide. The flow direction of the liquid is vertical when there is no built-in spiral guide, the flow direction of the liquid is spiral rising (the flow direction is similar to the Archimedean spiral) , which increases the flow of the liquid, prolongs the contact time between the liquid and the fin tube, and improves the separation of the liquid between the suction core and the spiral guide tape to form the air flow, the Air Stream is entrained with a small portion of the droplets, which continuously moisten the fin wall above the liquid****** during the rising process. The gas then absorbs a portion of the droplets with the same temperature as the rising air stream and flows downward along the inner wall, when the liquid is mixed with the liquid at lower temperature, the temperature at the liquid surface is increased, the boiling in the finned tube is enhanced, and the overall heat transfer performance of the finned tube is improved more fully, the uniformity of the temperature on the inner wall of the finned tube is obviously improved, the heat density is further increased, the heat transfer Coefficient of the finned tube is obviously increased, and the heat transfer effect of the air temperature type gasifier is improved, more effective guarantee of LPG   , LNG and other liquefied gas gasification. The gasification section composed of high-efficiency heat exchange tube with built-in liquid suction core and spirally flowing finned tube group and the superheating section composed of fin tube with built-in spiral flow guide (used for raising the temperature of the gas after gasification) , and the air-temperature gasifier composed of the main pressure regulating device, the control device of the monitoring liquid phase pressure regulator and the gas phase pressure regulating system, the anti-over-liquid device and the safety diffuser can ensure the gasification capacity to the maximum under a certain volume. The air-temperature type gasifier relies on its own sensible heat and absorbs heat from the outside atmosphere, which is its advantage. But its gasification quantity is greatly affected by the air temperature. At lower temperatures (in the north) the amount of gasification may not reach the rated value.
