The dissolved acetylene complete set of equipment is a specialized industrial device designed for the safe storage, transportation, and quantitative supply of acetylene gas by dissolving it in acetone. Its core function is to solve the storage challenge of acetylene gas, which is highly flammable and explosive.

I. Core Component Modules

The equipment consists of multiple functional units that work together to form a complete acetylene processing process, mainly including the following 4 core systems:

Acetylene Generation System: Produces crude acetylene gas through the reaction of calcium carbide with water. The core equipment is an acetylene generator, and some equipment can also be directly connected to externally purchased acetylene gas sources.

Purification and Drying System: Removes impurity gases such as hydrogen sulfide and phosphine from crude acetylene and dries moisture to prevent equipment corrosion or impact on gas purity. Sodium hypochlorite solution is commonly used as the purifying agent.

Dissolution and Storage System: Compresses the purified acetylene and injects it into acetylene cylinders filled with acetone. It achieves safe storage by utilizing acetone's high solubility for acetylene (1 volume of acetone can dissolve 25 volumes of acetylene). This system includes explosion-proof compressors, filling platforms, and acetylene cylinders.

Delivery and Control System: Stably delivers acetylene from cylinders to usage terminals (e.g., cutting and welding equipment) through components such as pressure reducing valves and flow meters. It is also equipped with pressure and temperature monitoring devices to ensure safe operation.
